What if you could step onto the Oireachtas stage knowing you have the tools you need to succeed - both physically and mentally?

Introducing Target Training's
Mindset Mastery, the key to improving performance by learning how to trust your skills, overcome setbacks, and increase confidence led by a mental performance expert!

The Mindset Mastery Program is designed to empower Irish dancers to start owning their dance journey and learn mental tools and strategies to level up their training.

This 8-week intensive will provide dancers with in-depth knowledge of the best mental strategies to train and compete with an unmatched sense of confidence. Dancers will tailor their mindset to work to their advantage and learn real-time strategies to overcome nerves, cope with setbacks, and reach their highest potential on and off the stage.

 

What awaits you

  • Live Training Classes:  Eight live training classes for detailed explanation and practical examples.

  • Class Recordings:  Recordings of classes made available for review and refreshing mental skills in-between live trainings.

  • Support Documents and Workbooks: Handouts and worksheets to enhance learning during and after trainings.

  • Performance Boosters: Additional topics and accompanying workbooks to tailor to specific needs.

  • Sundays, September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10, 17

Times & Fees:

  • Ages 8-12: 4:55-5:25 pm/CST

    • Fee: $175​

  • Ages 13+: 7:30-8:15 pm/CST

    • Fee: $200​

    • Managing Burnout, Stress, & Pressure

*All LIVE classes held on ZOOM video.  Further details will be emailed prior to the first class using the email listed on your registration.

Abbie Goff, MS

MEET ABBIE

Abbie spent her athletic career as both a competitive gymnast and dancer. During this time, she earned the opportunity to compete at the regional and national levels before spending four years on the SUNY Geneseo Dance Team.

Throughout her own training struggles and later coaching experiences, Abbie witnessed first hand the intense need for mental performance coaching to tackle the demands of competition. Experiencing the benefits of athletes increasing their confidence, overcoming their nerves, and managing their expectations lead her to pursue a degree in the sport psychology field.


Abbie began working as a mental performance coach at Sharpen Skills Training in 2022. Since then, she has worked with a wide variety of sports and has found a distinct love for the Irish dance community.


Capitalizing on her unique perspective on the demands of Irish dance, Abbie has developed a series of programs designed to provide Irish dancers with the mental tools and strategies to level up their performance on and off the stage.

 

Abbie’s passion is to help dancers realize their full potential while helping build their confidence, self-esteem, and overall mental well being.
